At Harrows Darts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused darts, flights, or accessories in their original retail packaging, ensuring all components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your provided return label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to clear or cover any previous shipping markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
